Due to the limited nature of our pieces, returns for change of mind are not available. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@luata.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll take care of you.

Spain (mainland) only. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days. Prices include VAT. Home delivery: €3.00. Pick up is free by appointment. Tracking is sent once your order is on its way.

Your pieces are designed to last, but they deserve a little attention: avoid water, perfumes and lotions; store carefully; keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
